What types of skins can Boréalie products be used for?
The Neptune Baudrier routine is suitable for all skin types thanks to its light and velvety texture.
If your skin is very sensitive or problematic, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist before any application.
Are Boréalie products made from natural ingredients?
At Boréalie we believe in cosmetics that are effective, natural, reasoned and sensory. We favor ingredients of natural and / or ecological origin in accordance with our philosophy and our values. To preserve our formulas, we use ingredients authorized by Ecocert.
Are Boréalie products ECOCERT ?
Boréalie products are not (yet!) certified organic, but Boréalie favors ingredients of natural and organic origin. You will not find in our products parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, mineral oils, sodium laureth sulfate or ingredients of animal origin.
Are Boréalie products VEGAN?
All of our skin care are 100% vegan, although we do not yet have certification.
Are Boréalie products without animal cruelty?
All Boréalie products are cruelty-free to animals. None of them or any of their ingredients have been tested on animals.
Boréalie products can be kept for how long after opening?
PAO, the Period After Opening, generally varies from 6 months to 24 months. It is written on the packaging of all our products (in the form of a pictogram representing an open jar indicating a number and the letter "M").
Where are the products made?
All our products are proudly made in Quebec.
Is the packaging recyclable?
All Boréalie treatments are recyclable:
- For the cardboard box: you can sort it but above all, reuse it!
For glass bottles: you can unscrew the pump from the product and recycle the glass.
Can Boréalie products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
As a precaution, during the first months of pregnancy and breastfeeding, products concentrated in essential oils are not recommended. Our entire first range contains essential oils, in small quantities.
If you have any doubts, we recommend that you consult your doctor who will be the best able to provide you with information.
Can men use Boréalie products?
All Boréalie products are ideal for men because they meet their needs: practical products, fresh and non-greasy textures, unisex fragrances.
In addition, they are all formulated with ingredients that will act on the signs of aging of the skin by meeting all types of needs, whether you are a man or a woman.
What is a serum for?
Applying a serum before your day and / or night creams boosts their effectiveness. The texture of the serums is finer to slip more quickly into the skin. Our serum is highly concentrated in active ingredients and can be used every day, morning and evening. It is the care to adopt for optimal efficiency and visible results more quickly.
At what age should I start using an anti-aging cream?
There is no specific age to start anti-aging treatments.
From the age of 20, we recommend that you use antioxidant and moisturizing care.
Several other techniques such as self-massage and facial yoga are part of the gestures to adopt! You are your best ally!
Can I return and be reimbursed for a Boréalie product purchased?
You have a period of 7 working days, from the date of receipt of the order, to return the unopened products to us, accompanied by the delivery slip. Products purchased online on this site cannot be refunded or exchanged at one of our points of sale.
Likewise, a product bought in one of our points of sale cannot be the subject of a return like a product bought online on this site.
Is my online payment secure?
When you place an order on borealie.co we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the most secure online transaction security protocol to date. So you can order with confidence and security on this site. Your bank details are encrypted using SSL and are never kept or saved on this site without your consent.
How do I know if my order has been well placed?
When your order and payment are validated, we will send you a first confirmation email.
If your order has been well proceed, you can find the summary of your order in the "My Orders" section of your account. If you do not receive this email, your order may not have been placed. To ensure this, contact us: by e-mail at the following address: email@example.com.
Why can't I add certain products to my shopping cart?
Some products may be out of stock. In this case, we do our best to be able to restock them. In the meantime, you can send us your e-mail on the product sheet that interests you. You will receive a notification when the product is back in stock.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
Before validation of your payment, you can modify or cancel your order on the "Your basket" page in the validation stage of your order. In order to guarantee you the shortest deadlines, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is finalized. You can return all or part of your order. Do I absolutely have to create an account when I place an order?
Two options are available to you :
Create an account if you don't have one. Having an account has some advantages: your personal information (delivery addresses, billing, e-mail, telephone, etc.) is saved.
For your next orders, you will not have to enter them again. You can manage your orders (tracking, history).
Order without creating an account.
Your personal information will not be saved.
